Pheasant in Butter Sauce

Roomie and I took the kids to the Assiniboine Park Zoo last week. As we were passing the pheasant exhibit, Roomie turned and pointed to the information sign.

Roomie: You know that this is missing?

Me: No, what?

Roomie: What they taste like.

Me: What do you mean?

Roomie: Like "Juicy; Best served with a butter sauce."

Me: I don't think so.
