I think My Life In Ruins was written up in the paper last week. I didn't read it, I'd just assumed TV for some reason.

I've had comments eaten, double posted, and disappear into the vapours only to reappear hours later and be all 'what? I was here all along!"

This time, I just did a reflexive close the window for some reason. All me. I guess my complaint is that there was no "are you sure?" but I HAD that the time (way back) when I deleted my entire C: drive and the warning didn't help ("of course I'm sure, stupid compu-- aaaaaaaa")

But Pelham 123 would just make me feel sad, seeing John Travolta and feeling bad for him. Not sure if I'll see that.
I'll never ever get stabby with you, girlfriend, but I do think you'll enjoy Star Trek. It's just non-stop action. My only complaint is the implication that Spock is the same age as Kirk, which he's not. He was 70 when he joined the crew of the Enterprise. Gah! I'm such a nerd!
I also didn't appreciate seeing Kirk's every pore during his close-ups. Okay, I'll stop complaining now. :)

I saw Up. Which wasn't even on my original list because I knew nothing about it. But everyone should go see Up. Because it's that awesome. And I am adding Hangover to the list b/c apparently it's laugh out loud funny and who couldn't use a few laughs? In fact, I might see it tonight. And then Taking of Pelham 123 opens on Friday (I'm so there) and My Sister's Keeper on Tuesday (so there) and that's half my list already. And yes - before you decide to get stabby on me - I will figure out how to work in Star Trek too. Just because you said I should go and you are awesome so yes - I will go. Just for you Nen. Just for you.

oh, you must see it in the theatre... the effects are spectacular! I'm bringing Lam to see it again... second time for both of us. Roomie's seen it twice, and he thinks that's enough. :)
