cleanse days 15-16: getting easier.

Okay, call me weird, but cleanse days are getting easier.  Remember, cleanse days are the two back-to-back days where all I take are a handful of Isagenix Snacks, loads of water, and 4 servings of detoxifying liquid infused with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and botanicals.

It feels like I'm giving my body a rest.  Like Intermittent Fasting.  Like what our cave-dwelling ancestors did when they couldn't find a good meat source and only had nuts, berries, and leaves to eat.   It's natural and healthy.  And probably the reason why they lived disease-free to old age... if they weren't killed by mammoths or snake bites or giant boulders falling on them or something, of course. 

Anyway, I found that...

  • I could still function well with plenty of energy.
  • I had great mental clarity.  No brain fog.
  • I felt light.
  • I sometimes forgot to eat my snacks.  I was never really hungry. Which was actually a good thing because I'd run out of the Isagenix Snacks and had to buy some more from Sly.

Keep it up.... they can be tough. I always notice that I forget to eat too! :)
