Well, I made it. Week 1 done.
I worked out every morning for 15 minutes as promised... almost.
On Day 3, after doing 10 minutes of a step workout, I twisted my left knee. It was sore and inflamed, so I stopped, iced it the rest of the day, and skipped my Day 4 workout. It was fine for Day 5.
Feeling good. Proud of me.

Silly knees. It's always the knees that stop me. Mine are feeling a bit grind-y today after yesterday's run.

I hear ya... it doesn't help that I overpronate. It takes time to strengthen the muscles around that joint, doesn't it? And I'm so impatient!
