Recipe: Banana + Hempseed Smoothie

This is my favourite morning protein smoothie, filling after a fruit-only breakfast.
Made with soymilk, it's not one of the raw green smoothies I favour at lunch or dinner, but it's really tasty and great as a quick healthy breakfast on the run!

Ingredients
1 cup soymilk (or whatever milk you prefer)
1 banana
2 tbsp Manitoba Harvest hempseed protein powder

Directions Blend. Drink.

Total Calories:315; Total Protein:19.2 g

My husband drinks a soy milk with protein shake before he goes to the gym! Yes I love it with banana!

Isn't it great with banana?! My hubby can't stand it... but it just isn't complete without banana.
